Although All Door Services (2004) Limited is a relatively new company, having been incorporated in December 2004, the company itself has existed in various forms since 1994. Our head office is located in Wellington, with branches in Auckland, Hamilton and Christchurch.
Our service team has well over 100 years collective experience in the door industry and, over the years, has accumulated a wide pool of knowledge regarding specific sites and their particular conditions. We have been fortunate in retaining our valued core staff through changes of ownership and have a strong internal culture.
Technical & Administrative Support:
All preventive maintenance (nationwide) is carried out by our own specialist technicians. Our technicians are qualified, capable, courteous and conscious of health and safety requirements.
All Door Services currently has 17 trained technicians, located throughout the country, along with five administrative support staff, four of whom are located in our head office.
Our helpdesk presently comprises two full-time personnel who are dedicated to providing assistance to our clients during business hours, supported by our ‘on call’ technical staff who provide after hours assistance, and by the operations manager, to whom these positions report.
All Door Services has a trusted and reliable network of sub-contractors who undertake responsive works on our behalf on occasions when our own staff are unable to attend within specified timeframes. These sub-contractors are always supported by our own staff and, whenever possible, our own staff will attend following initial repairs by sub-contractors either to complete or progress repairs to a satisfactory conclusion.
